Tuesdays at 10.30am – meeting at JT’s Corner Café at Hesters Way Resource Centre, the easy walks explore local parks, poets and fields, followed by refreshments in the café.
Health walks are a free way to take in some fresh air, get some exercise and meet a new bunch of people every week.
Lasting between 20 minutes and one hour, new walkers are always welcome. Needing only sensible shoes and a bit of enthusiasm to join in.
